The Estate Planning Attorney leads our legal team, oversees day-to-day legal operations, and ensures the firm delivers high-quality legal services. The role requires leadership, legal acumen, and operational management skills to ensure the organization's objectives are met efficiently and ethically. This role will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, provide expert legal
advice, and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement the firm's strategic goals. The role requires 1650 annual billable hours and some travel within California.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Practice Panther, Ring Central & the Microsoft Suite is a plus
Experience with litigation and discovery is a plus
