Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a skilled Lab Coordinator to join one of our largest technology clients in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate for this role will be:
Maintaining detailed logs of validated products in a research and development (R&D) setting.
Handling inventory management, forecasting, and budgeting assistance.
Coordinating incoming and outgoing products for rework and testing, managing multiple labs, and prioritizing tasks.
Publishing a daily status report to provide insight for multi-functional teams.
Collaborating with hardware/software teams and program managers to verify product build details.


This role can pay between $33-$37/hour depending on skillset and years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

-High school graduate or equivalent experience (higher education preferred)
-5+ years of experience in engineering or customer service
-Proficient using Excel
-Ability to engage in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with lab planning
-Experience coming from an large Enterprise company
