Job Description

One of Insight Global's top clients is in need of a Deposit Account Servicing Technician. This person will be responsible for the following:

1. Prepare levies, garnishments, district attorney and immigration letters for processing.

2. Process and maintain three or more of the following areas: zero balance accounts,

proxies, privacy Opt Out notices, non-resident alien accounts, foreign account reports,

safe deposit box report, dormant and escheatable requests, VOD deposits and member

rating requests, photocopies from various systems and applications, specialty

accounts, research request, B-Notices, Social Security, address changes.

3. Post required fees to member accounts, and balance credits/debits at the end of each

day.

4. Handles general inquiries and questions from members on B-Notice's sent by the credit

union.

5. Gather and prepare Daily Teller work for balancing.

6. Prepare and index documents for scanning.

7. Maintain strict confidentiality on member account transactions and credit union

information



Pay rate: $22/hr

Required Skills & Experience

· Experience with posting fees and processing account inquires

· Experience maintaining strict confidentiality on member account transactions and credit union information.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Banking experience is a preferred but not required
