Insight Global is seeking a self-driven individual with strong communication and organization skills. The Construction Manager will work under the Policy and Planning group with responsibilities including:
* Serve as a resource for staff (50% of the time).
* Engage in planning for future projects (50% of the time).
* Review reports and recommend next steps.
* Focus on septic system communities and planning for their conversion to public sewer systems.
* Be involved in high-profile projects aimed at converting septic systems to public sewer systems in lower-income communities.
* Work within the communities to ensure successful project implementation.
* Potential to grow and supervise as the role evolves.
* Directly report to Dillon.
* Opportunity to manage and connect with the team.
Team Composition:
* Initially, no direct reports, but potential for growth and supervision.
Projects:
* Septic to sewer projects set to be completed by the end of next year.
* Sewer planning in communities transitioning from septic to public sewer systems.

Compensation: $57.06/hr to $77.15/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
