Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Lead to support our Finance & Business Operations team within a clinical setting. This role will involve leading a portfolio of process documentation, improvement initiatives, and project work under the guidance of the Director of Finance & Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with senior management to define the scope of initiatives.
-Develop detailed strategies to achieve project goals and outcomes.
-Assess and determine the necessary resources (time, budget, equipment) for project completion.
-Create comprehensive project plans that allocate resources effectively.
-Establish objectives and evaluation measures for project success.
-Recruit, interview, and select qualified staff and volunteers in consultation with management.
-Manage project personnel in accordance with organizational policies and practices.
-Maintain confidentiality and proper management of personnel files.
-Ensure all project team members receive appropriate orientation and training.
-Engage qualified consultants as needed to support project objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university
Masters degree in work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
Broad and directly related work experience, typically five (5) years or more.
Can be from any industry - healthcare, finance or tech preferred. Must be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment, self-starter.
