Provide technical support for SharePoint Online and related Office 365 services.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to SharePoint functionality, permissions, and access.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex SharePoint problems.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize SharePoint configurations.
Assist in the migration of content from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint processes and best practices.
Provide technical support for the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Develop solutions, maintain standards, and encourage the use of the Power Platform within the organization

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint administration and support.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online, including site collection management, permissions, and workflows.
Strong knowledge of Office 365 services and integration with SharePoint.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate).
Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint
Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
