Job Description

A medical device enterprise company is seeking a QA Tester to join their team. The QA Tester is responsible for designing and conducting quality assurance testing that support improvement initiatives for various Business Systems. This team is focused on the Service work stream which includes the Technical Support Center, Repair Depot, Field Service, Professional Services, and Service Contracts. The role works closely with the Agile Development Team to conduct testing, coordinate, and conduct end-user testing, trouble shoot issues and partner with IT on root cause analysis and solutions to support implementation of system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in software development testing in Salesforce
· Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
· Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
· Working knowledge of programming.
· Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
· Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to managing workload and tasks.
· Knowledge seeker, with growth and continuous improvement mindset.
· Take initiative, are a self-starter and take ownership.
· Ability to critically think, be a team player and show up ready to jump in when needed
