We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including inpatient care and assisted living facilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Skills

- Valid LVN license in the state of California

- 2+ years of working experience as an LVN

- Hospice experience

- Homebase or similar software experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Responsibilities

- Perform patient assessments and provide nursing care in accordance with established procedures

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs

- Assist with IV insertions, tube feedings, and other medical procedures

- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
