Insight Global is assisting a client in looking for an experienced Deal Desk Analyst to join their Operations team and
support their rapid growth. This person will be responsible for working closely with sales, legal
and finance teams to understand deal terms, ensure information is accurate, and complies with
company policies. The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating cross-functionally, have a strong
work ethic and be able to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with finance and legal teams to understand deal terms and discuss with finance
to resolve any billing, accounting or business policy issues
Perform the final review of deals to ensure completeness and accuracy of opportunities
and that data in the documents agrees to internal systems
Ensure deal conformance with company's policies and process guidelines
Validate and update SFDC quote & order data (products, amounts, renewal terms, etc.)
against all contractual agreements, POs, approvals, and other supporting
documentation
Attend sales forecasting calls to advise & support forecast accuracy
Generate standardized metrics and reporting to help the company understand
performance
Assist in systems implementations
Develop and execute sales training related to bookings policy and quote/order
submission guidelines
Work with business users and cross-functional teams to identify problems, process gaps
and assist in on-going process improvements on order processing, deal closure,
invoicing, and collections workflows
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Assist in executing an efficient and accurate financial close & reporting process

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar college level education
CPQ, and Clari experience preferred
Experience at SaaS companies preferred
