Insight Global is looking to hire 6 IT Specialists to help with a client's large-scale distribution of security keys to better protect their Company Confidential Information (CCI). While on-site daily in Sorrento Valley, IT Specialists will help distribute the security keys and help internal employees with authentication registration. This will likely require IT hardware upgrades to Windows 11. There will be an outlined 10-step registration process to assist the IT Specialist in helping employees getting the security key set up on their laptops and mobile devices. Further duties -
- Tracking security keys and maintaining badge logs of employees
- Tracking hardware upgrades in asset tracking system (ServiceNow)
- Processing of hardware distribution
- Breakdown of pallets, creating transfer orders with asset information, coordinating with movers for hardware delivery
- Satellite stockroom support

Compensation: $25/hour
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
