Job Description

A large public university in Southern California is looking for an Athletics Business Coordinator to join the athletics department. You will serve as the primary transactor and administrative support for assigned ports and units. Responsible for processing and prepping purchase orders, work orders, recharges, fleet services reservations, reimbursements, travel expense reporting and advances. You will maintain purchasing archive records, track team travel expenses, and provide updates to the Director of Business Operations. This is an onsite role 4 days per week.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in administrative work (Athletic or UC experience preferred)
- Ability to pay close attention to details
- Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns
- Solid organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience working with Oracle Systems, Concur, and Docusign

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with UCR Financial Systems
- Knowledge of UC and Policy Procedures
