An employer in San Diego is urgently looking for a IT Project Coordinator to fill in on their team while one of their members is out on medical leave. This person will assistant in contract coordination between the IT departments, legal and vendors. There is also a pre-established work flow in which this person will be trained up on. This person is someone who has a well-rounded understanding of IT terminology, is an excellent verbal and written communicator, is a self starter, adaptable and a fast learner. In addition they will take meeting notes during requirement gathering sessions, and send a synopses to the team afterwards. They also will assist with other Project Coordination tasks for several in flight projects. Lastly, this person needs to be able to hit the ground running and start as soon as Thursday September 5th.

3-5 years of experience as a IT Project Manager or Project Coordinator
Good understanding of IT Terminology - application support, GIS, basic network operations
Experience coordinating between IT, legal, stakeholders and outside vendors
Experience reviewing/interrupting contracts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
