One of our top healthcare clients is looking for a Workday Financial Consultant to join their Tier 1 team to support them in their upcoming Workday implementation. This individual needs to have strong experience in Workday and troubleshooting. A day to day for this individual will include:
1. Assist in the transition from existing systems to Workday, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.
2. Answer phone calls and manage ServiceNow tickets from internal employees.
3. Provide timely and effective support to resolve user issues and queries related to Workday and financial systems.
4. Assist with resolving issues related to ledgers, reports, and balance sheets.
5. Identify and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary.
6. Collaborate with Tier 2 and other support teams to ensure comprehensive problem-solving.
7. Address high-volume, low-end questions efficiently and effectively.
8. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance system performance.
Pay rate: $85-92/hour
