Accounts Payable Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Accounts Payable Manager to support one of our clients in the utility, infrastructure engineering, & construction space. This person will be overseeing all aspects of Accounts Payable functions for completion and accuracy. Supervise daily work of AP Specialists and Clerks, ensuring productivity and quality. You will be working with multiple vendors at one time helping to close nearly 1,000 invoices per month. Additionally you will proactively identify potential areas of process improvements or staff training opportunities. Ensure excellent customer service to our internal customers and external vendors, applying Company core values.

Must Haves:

· Experience working with multiple vendors that exceed $1 million in spend and 1000+ monthly invoices

· 2+ years of experience in manager role overseeing accounting / AP department

· 5+ years within the accounts payable/accounting space with experience working with enterprise companies

· Experience processing, approving, and rejecting everything invoice related

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross functionally with different teams

· Experience with Viewpoint Vista for account/accounts payable

· Previous Utility or construction experience is a plus

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
