Business Services Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Business Services Manager who will work alongside the Director of Transportation and Distribution. As a Business Services Manager, you will dive deep into the data and policies that drive our Transportation and Distribution Department. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports contributing to the organization's strategic planning and operational efficiency. Your day will involve collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights that will inform our strategic decisions. Youll prepare and present reports to executives bi-weekly, ensuring that complex information is accessible and actionable. Your critical thinking will be key in proposing improvements to our current policies and systems, aiming to resolve ongoing issues and streamline departmental operations. Your main role is to act as the liaison with all internal groups of the campus. You will also oversee ongoing technology projects, managing project tasks, coordinating with vendors, and conducting training sessions for staff on new systems and tools.

Bachelors degree in any related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in conducting research and presenting findings.
Proven ability to synthesize complex information and present it in an understandable format.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a knack for problem-solving.
Experience in policy and procedure enhancement within a research context.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Knowledge of basic administrative duties

Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and data analytics tools.
Background in transportation, distribution or logistics research.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and initiate change.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
