Sr. Director, eCommerce Category General Manager

The Sr. Director, eCommerce General Manager of Automotive will be both a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving marketplace category growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will set the overall business objectives and drive the day-to-day operations for the category to deliver the sales, profit and experience goals. This role will lead a high-performing team of category/account managers and program leads + work extensively with cross-functional partners to deliver day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You would be a great fit for this role if you have a proven track record of breaking new ground by asking What if? building new approaches and driving results through a blend of creative thinking, problem solving and rolling up your sleeves. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with a proven Automotive track record who thrives in a high growth environment

-Heavy background in eCommerce
-Strong background in Automotive industry within consumer products
-Track record of tech driven transformations
-Understanding of attracting new customers
-Can lead an organization to grow their digital business
-Prior experience as a Product leader
-Experience in Vendor Management
