Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager. The Finance Department is currently in the process of establishing a standalone Department of Finance, with the full spectrum of finance functions to support the district. As part of this separation process from the County, the district is implementing a new ERP system, establishing in-house treasury and cash management operations, new banking relationships, payment services, etc.

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Finance Manager. The district is looking for a well-qualified candidate with an intersection of skills in project management and finance operations to oversee the establishment of systems and processes for an independent government agency finance department and the transition of responsibilities from the County. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the setup of new financial operations in alignment with the new ERP system, work roles and work flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing financial processes. This role allows for flexibility with some remote work.

Compensation: $55.04/hr to $65.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
