The Lead Service Now Developer will have extensive experience in ServiceNow and its associated modules, understanding how various components can be utilized to achieve a desired result. They will also maintain and/or create additional documentation for the processes they implement to ensure that others can correctly interpret it. The role will also involve extensive communication not only with enterprise applications leadership and business analysts, but also with key business stakeholders and internal development resources.
Responsibilities
* Development: Scope, design, develop and execute solutions that are requested by application owners, often considering multiple ways to accomplish a solution. Lead the development of complex ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations. Utilize ServiceNow development best practices to create efficient and maintainable code. Customize and extend ServiceNow modules, leveraging JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, and other relevant technologies.
* Configuration and Customization: Work hands on with ServiceNow administration to build complex objects behind the scenes that support operational workflows
* Continuous Improvement: Review existing functionality and/or processes and identify areas the improve scalability and performance
* Integrations: Support integrations with other technologies by working with developers for other products as well as the Integration Data Management team
* Documentation: Develop technical design documentation outlining solution architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and user interfaces.

* Experience working and integrating with other enterprise systems (HRIS/ERP/CRM) such as Netsuite, SFDC, ADP, UKG, HubSpot
* ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Extensive experience designing and developing playbooks within CSM using the CSM Agent Workspace
