At 6sense, customer trust is key. As members of 6senses Security department, the Field Security team serves as the public face of 6senses information security program. The team is tasked with providing high levels of security assurance to customers and prospects through customer assurance and field enablement programs. The manager of this team is responsible for oversight of daily operations, execution of field security project initiatives, and people management.
Role + Responsibilities:
· Lead and oversee the execution of all customer security assessments (questionnaires) within agreed-upon timeframes, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and accuracy.
· Administer the SafeBase Trust Center and other customer self-service security resources, ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible.
· Maintain and enhance the standard security response database (Responsive) for 6sense, with a focus on continued process improvement.
· Collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders including Legal, Finance, Engineering, Product and Enterprise Applications, to ensure alignment on library content and Field Security procedures.
· Maintain accuracy of the Field Security dashboard in Salesforce.
· Improve SharePoint handbook pages, procedures and runbooks related to Field Security.
· Contribute to the development of customer-facing security collateral for the 6sense Trust Site.
· Drive efforts to identify and implement automation solutions that enhance field security processes and improve efficiency.
· Proactively identify and address any emerging or heightened customer security concerns, communicating effectively with management.
· Flexible working hours that overlap with US Pacific time zone Monday Thursday
Performance Measurement:
· Prepare for and participate in weekly 1:1s with manager and monthly skip level.
· Participate in standing meetings with CSMs for key Field Security tooling (e.g. SafeBase, Responsive).
· Ensure timely completion of all customer assessment requests, with the ability to escalate complex questions to appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) independently.
· Maintain up-to-date collateral, metrics, and processes to enhance the efficiency of Field Security processes.
Execute on milestones associated with major Field Security projects.
