Job Description

A company serving leading technology companies is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator. This position requires campaign
management, customer support skills, and independent motivation to prioritize and see projects/tasks through to completion. This is a key member of the Customer Success team, responsible for facilitating key research efforts and providing general service and support to members to maximize the
ongoing health, retention, and expansion of the company's relationships with leading technology companies. The role provides a chance to join a growing department with opportunities for future career growth. Candidate MUST be able to work independently with limited direction and supervision, while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously involving internal and external stakeholders. This is a fully remote position but the MSC must live in San Diego.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree
6 months+ of professional experience in any industry - preferably in a role requiring high level of organization
Experience scheduling meetings in Microsoft Outlook and Teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using a CRM tool - preferably Salesforce
