An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a junior Salesforce Administrator to join the team and sit fully-remote. The Salesforce Administrator will support the Property and Casualty (P&C) side of the business, ensuring the Salesforce platform is optimally configured and maintained. This role involves a blend of technical skills and people skills, with a focus on handling help desk tickets, providing Tier 1 support, and implementing changes within the Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Administrator will receive and address help desk tickets, identify user issues, and provide training to enhance user competence. They will classify issues into appropriate categories, whether they are enhancements or bugs, and implement solutions as part of the change management process.

2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Understanding of Flow Builder within Salesforce -- able to create objects, fields, and reports
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Strong communication skills required
