Job Description

As a Merchandiser in the Content Economy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and thematic presentation of this client's digital content store.

Your responsibilities will include:
Content Curation and Merchandising: Define and refine the types of content featured in the store. Collaborate with the art and brand teams to create and curate engaging collections that resonate with our diverse user base.
Strategic Planning: Influence the overarching merchandising strategy by working closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Product Managers (PM) to decide on brand partnerships and content themes.
Operational Management: Oversee operational aspects including storefront support and asset tagging. Ensure that all content is appropriately tagged with metadata for easy retrieval and categorization.
Content Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the Store Home Feed, ensuring it is refreshed monthly with content that aligns with current trends, cultural moments, and brand collaborations. This involves scheduling, content theme determination, and coordination with engineering, art, and product teams.
Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for store modules and promotional materials. Although primary copywriting may transition to Content Design, your role will include overseeing this process and ensuring all content meets brand standards.
Asset Management: Utilize tools to build out and manage store modules, ensuring all content is live with accurate names, descriptions, and metadata. Regularly review content modules to maintain a high standard of quality and relevance.
Offer Management: Handle the setup and management of content offers in the Offer Tool, including tagging, setting go-live dates, and assigning prices and brands to items.
Cultural and Creative Oversight: Work with the Art x Internationalization group to ensure cultural appropriateness and creative integrity of the content.
