This Mechanical TPM will be responsible for overseeing the design of mechanical system upgrades and retrofits specifically around the development of cooling plants. This includes building matrixed design teams from our client's internal design and external design services partners/providers, facilitating the creation of a shared plan for the execution, and oversight of design services provided by an external design team in support of construction activities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mission critical design and construction, as well new product development and insertion. You proactively identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. You scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program.

Minimum 5-10 years experience in Program/Project Management
Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and related technical areas.
Proficiency in evaporative and air based process chilled water cooling systems
Experience supporting Data Centers or other Mission Critical facilities (have this as a must have - not a plus)
Experience with Google Suite
Prior experience as an engineer or architect
