Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a client in Roseville, California. The ideal candidate will provide daily administrative assistance to the sales team, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the entire company. The main responsibilities include assisting clients over the phone, or via email with requested information and supporting the sales team by processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any customer issues. They are looking for someone who has a good understanding of time management, organization, and overall strong attention to detail. This role will be onsite Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-4:00PM.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support
Experience with inbound/outbound calling and scheduling
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Produce Industry experience
Prior logistics experience
Bachelor's Degree
