Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Producer to work for one of the largest gaming companies. The Producer will manage operations and processes for Overwatch 2 projects. You'll work closely with marketing managers to manage the planning process and timelines to ensure the campaign will be delivered on time. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop workback schedules, and maintain release calendars to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication are essential for this role. This is a hybrid model with 3 days onsite in Irvine, CA.

3+ years of Production or Project management experience in the marketing field, specifically in the entertainment or gaming industry
Experience managing projects throughout various stages of its lifecycle, inception through completion
Experience developing work back schedules and managing production timelines for multiple assets
Experience with release calendars and running weekly cross-functional reports
Organizing campaign assets through versioning
Strong experience working in an agile environment
Able to be onsite in Irvine 3 days a week
