A client of Insight Global is looking for a contract to hire Receptionist local to the Sacramento area with the ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
As the Receptionist you will be responsible for:
Greeting office visitors, answering incoming calls and directing visitors or callers in a professional manner
Responsible for all front desk administrative duties such as photocopying, printing, scanning and sorting, and distributing mail
Assist with the scheduling of meeting spaces as well as ordering lunches or other needed preparation activities for meetings, as needed
Administrative support assistance for multiple departments
Pay Range: $25-30/hr

2-3+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar position
Strong customer service skills and ability to greet individuals onsite and have a strong phone presence
Expertise in basic computer functions and program
Stong organizational skills to support multiple departments
Reliable, dependable team player
HVAC or construction background
