Job Description

- Assist Project Manager(s) with project planning and grooming.

- Assist Project Manager (s) with resource sprint planning and management, including facilitation of daily stand-ups and weekly sprint close meetings.

- Assist with implementing process or configuration changes related to program structure or project templates.

- Assist Project Manager(s) with day-to-day project management functions such as meeting notes, action item follow-ups, and project communications.

- Assist Project Manager(s) to ensure data integrity on their project plans.

- Assist Project Manager(s) with identifying risks and establishing risk mitigation plans.

- Assist Project Manager(s) with drafting and completing their weekly status report updates.

- Provide editor-type role in qualifying that the weekly status updates are easily understood and clear with appropriate levels of details for executive consumption and action.

- Work with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Managers (as needed) to coordinate and schedule calls for projects - specifically when leadership is required (Director and above).

- Assist by ensuring all respective Project Manager / Program Manager teams are tracking or have completed tasks tied to prescribed dates for preparation and execution of Portfolio Reviews and QPP events.

- Assist with communicating and operationalizing new features and capabilities for toolsets (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, PowerBI).

Required Skills & Experience

- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectively.

- Experience with project management & communication tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Teams).

- Experience coordinating events that involves several moving parts, union/non-union vendors, internal employees, guests.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Local to LA; must be onsite 3-4 week in Burbank(Studio Lot)
