A reputable building automation systems company in San Diego County is seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Project Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Technical and Business Input: Provides input to sales and operations for construction or direct owner projects, covering areas like estimating, value engineering, timing, and resource needs.
Project Booking and Documentation: Ensures correct project booking, completion of necessary forms, and availability of project documents for the teams productivity.
Customer Expectations Alignment: Determines if customer expectations align with NXLs estimates or contractual scope and provides feedback internally and externally.
Issue Resolution and Cost Forecasting: Identifies and resolves project issues, accurately forecasts costs, and tracks budget goals.
Financial Management: Timely invoicing, active engagement in collections, and efficient material coordination.
Technical Support and Communication: Recommends technical solutions, coordinates with subcontractors, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders for accurate engineering and support.
