Our team is looking for Compliance Analysts with experience working in fast-paced and dynamic cloud services organizations, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, preferably in a compliance role, or engaged in compliance activities in an IT related role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT professional to stretch and grow into the ever-expanding field of cloud compliance with the world-class Collaboration Security team, which is directly embedded in the Collaboration/Webex engineering organization.
Day to day activities include:
Working with online (hybrid-work-style) team to organize and support ongoing audit and compliance activities, including:
Managing and tracking audit milestones
Working with internal and external stakeholders to schedule and deliver audits and audit supporting activities
Gathering and managing evidence
Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual continuous monitoring activities
Writing and/or maintaining process narratives
Creating and/or maintaining process flowcharts
Interfacing with Jira specifically for audit and compliance activities
Participating in SAFe/Agile sprints, rituals, and quarterly planning
Track and drive audit and gap remediation activities.
Pay Range: 65hr - 75hr

- Previous experience as a HIPAA specialist is a plus
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Confluence, Jira
- CISA, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001 auditor certifications in good-standing.
- Previous Cisco Experience as a Compliance Specialist
