The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst reviews invoices and expenses to prevent unauthorized spending. They manage accounts payable records, verify invoices, and prepare payment batches. Additionally, they ensure timely payment processing, handle month-end AP tasks (including accruals), perform account reconciliations, and maintain accurate vendor, provider, and employee records. Lastly, they will be involved in assisting with the implementation of new ERP systems. This position is a fully remote role with the addition of one day in office per month.

5 or more years of experience in an Accounts Payable Roll
Knowledge of advanced Excel i.e. v look ups, pivot tables, macro Knowledge, charted accounts, as well as other MS office products
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
Experience assisting implementation of ERP systems
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in accounting or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
