Job Description

Carta is a San Francisco-based financial technology company that uses its platform to help companies manage their equity and ownership.
You will be joining Cartas Global Workplaces team to manage office operations, including vendor coordination, facilities maintenance, and health and safety compliance. As Ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment by managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience in reception, office admin work
Responsibilities include greeting visitors in a friendly manner including checking them in and out.
Administrative tasks including basic filing and record keeping, and providing administrative support to team members
Experienced with scheduling appointments and staying to schedule with deliveries and events, including catering and snacks systems. Handling mail an packages, and answering multi-line phone systems, and maintaining office equipment
Amazing personality and communication. Traits include: warm, open, friendly, professional
Very organized and remains professional composure
Experience using Slack, Zoom, G suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

On Guest Management System
Jira suite ticketing
Any experience with access management - key cards
Experience with high-rise buildings, complex security, and fire safety
