Job Description

UCLA is looking for a Senior UC Path Project Coordinator to join their Research Administration Team within the Department of Medicine. The project coordinator will work within UC Path (University of California's system wide payroll, benefits, and human resources system) to support the proper and accurate reporting of payroll related data. This will include entering payroll data, reporting funding, making retro fixes, and reporting accurate multiple components of pay (mcop) into the UC Path system. This project manager will ensure accurate calculations are made for all reporting and use their advanced math skills to support this function. The project coordinator will perform spot audits to ensure accuracy and consistency department wide in accordance with extramural agency guidelines, timelines and University policies. They will also support the team as a UC Path expert to problem solve miscalculations, glitches, or mistakes.

Pay range: 70k-90k annually

-Bachelor's Degree
-5+ years of experience working with UC Path for payroll general ledger responsibilities
-MCOP experience: experience handling multiple components of pay
-UC experience required
-Strong Math skills
-Attention to detail and multitasking
-Excel experience - intermediate to expert
