Insight Global is looking for a Corporate Events Manager sitting in India.
As a Corporate Events Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end registration process for multiple events, ranging from 100 to 1800 attendees. Your responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining CVENT event registration sites based on business partner and Event Manager direction, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.
Monitoring CVENT event registration sites daily, ensuring data integrity and distributing reports using CVENT and Excel.
Serving as the main point of contact for attendees regarding registration inquiries and issues during ET or PT business hours.
Collaborating with the AMEX Group Travel desk on air bookings and managing Arrival/Departure manifests.
Managing the personalized session assignment process for attendees, utilizing Microsoft Mail-Merge functionality.
Designing attendee badges and ordering necessary materials.
Creating attendee mobile apps for each event using CVENT technologies, working with stakeholders to collect relevant information.
Generating and analyzing post-show registration reports, providing insights and recommendations for future events.
Monitoring registration metrics to ensure goals are met and identifying areas for improvement.
Additionally, you'll handle housing-related tasks, including:
Maintaining housing block patterns to fulfill contractual obligations.
Managing hotel rooming relationships and ensuring correct system usage (usually within the Passkey system).
Cross-referencing hotel room lists against internal lists to ensure data accuracy.
Performing data entry of Hotel RFPs into the CVENT Venue Sourcing Tool.
Reconciling the master account for housing upon event completion.

-Extensive CVENT experience and CVENT certifications for the following: prominent in meetings and events industry, advanced level experience
-Advanced Excel skills - advanced experience in dealing with rooming lists and data around registration and transferring data sets and managing session assignments
-Highly proficient with MS Office suite and professional tools: Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Hands-on experience with CVENT registration build-out and reporting functionality.
-Experience using CVENT Venue Sourcing Tool (hotel RFP process) and CVENT Attendee Hub Tool (event app)
-Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, demonstrating excellent customer service and organizational skills.
-Ability to optimize registration processes, keeping up with industry trends.
-Experience working with AMEX Group Travel team, or other 3rd party travel vendor for air booking processes
-Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure, to manage multiple deadlines and willingness to adjust work hours near time of event, including weekends, to complete assignments.
-Experience working with A&V teams gathering requirements for: internet drops, power drops etc.
-Passkey - room blocks and rooming lists for hotels
