Our client is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to support the State of California agencies. The Lead will be responsible for helping the State agencies integrate into Salesforce from their current Legacy system. By consulting with the client you shall ensure the design, development, testing, and implementation of Salesforce system module functionalities are conducted using best practices and standards according to the IEEE standards, the SDLC, and the CA-PMM. Ability to work with stakeholders, development teams, and end users will be required as development/testing features progress over the duration of the project.
Pay rate = $70-80/hr
Schedule = 8am-5pm PST, Monday - Friday

- Previous experience working as a Salesforce Technical Lead and overseeing a small group of Salesforce team members
- Ability to do both heads on technical work and manage other Salesforce team members
- Community Cloud and Service Cloud experience
- Experience integrating Salesforce from a legacy system to a Salesforce platform
- Ability to speak/present to stakeholders and take in business requirements from business units and implement from a development prospective
- State, City, Government, or consulting experience
- Salesforce certifications
