Evergreen, Insight Global's Manage Service Division, is partnering with a local utility company to support Asset Knowledge Management's Data Management and Analytics team. In an effort to continue to mature the team LEAN processes, they are looking for Process Management and Process Development support. We need someone with strong process management and writing skills to make sure all programs have documented standard processes. You will work closely with each of the managers/teams to make sure all programs have documents, playbooks, processes, and procedures in place. You will work to identify where there are gaps in documentation and assisting with the editing and/or writing documents from scratch.

* A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering (mechanical, civil, or electrical) or similar
* 5+ years of project/program management and process documentation responsibilities
* Process mapping skills using Visio or similar
* Strong leadership skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to details and technicalities
* Excellent organizational and technical skills
* Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
* Six Sigma/Lean Experience
* A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
* Previous PG&E experience
* Six Sigma Certifications
