Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Performance Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across various channels, ensuring effective customer acquisition and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid digital, SEO, television, radio, out-of-home (OOH), CRM, marketing technology, and marketing analytics. This role requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth in a competitive market.



Salary Range: 180K-200K

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, BA, or a related field)
-8 years of experience within performance marketing (Brick & Mortar companies)
-Experience with DTC marketing
-4-5 years of actual management experience
-Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns/budgets.
-Need to have a hyper focus in paid media specifically
-Need to data-driven (advanced data modeling & predictive analytics techniques)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-experience with CRM platforms
