Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Designer for a leading Energy, Engineering & Construction firm. This individual will be supporting the electrical design of electric vehicle (EV) charging station projects across the US. You will design electrical systems for various projects, ensuring adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC). You will create electrical drawings, design revisions, and project documentation working with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience creating and revising electrical drawings in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Bluebeam RevU

- Experience designing power distribution systems ranging from 800A to 5000A, 120/208V to 277/480V, and 3-phase systems

- Experience supporting EV Charging Station Design & Deployment

- Proficiency in National Electrical Code (NEC) Adherence

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Valid Journeyman Electrical License or equivalent certification

NEC Code Certification
