A client is looking to identify a Facilities Management Operations Director for the San Francisco market. You will manage the team responsible for all mechanical operations,

maintenance, communications, energy management, and workforce development programs for a facility, campus,

or portfolio of buildings.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Facilities Management Hospital Experience

Joint Commission or Labor Union Experience or OSHPD

Mechanical Engineering Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous Chief/Leadership role in Mechanical/Facilities/Building Management

Leadership of 40 or more resources (hiring/training/performance management)

Ability to work effectively with client engagement and management

Budgeting and/or P&L Management
