A top-rated immigration law firm client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Bilingual Administrative Assistant. They are rapidly expanding, and they are in search of a strong candidate who is passionate about immigrant rights and family reunification. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth, with the potential to advance to a paralegal position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist paralegals and associate attorneys with filing, scanning, mailing applications, updating clients, and billing.
Manage phone communications, set appointments, maintain client database notes, and translate documents from Spanish to English.
Running errands for the team, scheduling personal appointments, and administrative duties related to marketing activities

Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
Exceptional phone skills and the ability to conduct client intakes and appointments in Spanish.
Comfortability and proficiency with MS Office among other applications
