An employer is looking for Property Administrator Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns. This individual will provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing reports, filing and distribution of correspondence. They will schedule and coordinate meetings/special events, as requested. This individual will assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts and insurance information; generate reports. They will prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts and approved invoices. The PA will assist in bidding process and assist Property Manager(s) in their efforts to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures. They will prepare and code invoices for Property Managers approval. They will ensure office is stocked with office supplies and other required items to maintain the office. This individual ensure prompt and accurate completion of contract and certificates of insurance information in contract administration software. They will track and file contracts and insurance certificates; maintain follow-up system for expirations. They will monitor and maintain the property maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports for Property Manager on status of tenant work orders. The will maintain lease and contract files, as well as other files located within the property management office.
The hourly pay rate for this role will be $30.00-$32.00/hour.

- Bachelor's Degree - 1+ year of experience within the property management industry (preferably not residential property management) - Ability to work with a variety of clients and tenants - Ability to work with engineering partners for facility services - Strong tech skills
