Be the primary contact for clinical, pharma, and clinical trial testing.
Manage projects from start to finish.
Maintain accurate logs of samples.
Perform quality checks on deliverables.
Train other client services personnel as needed.

* Associates (AA or AS) degree.
* One year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in life sciences, biology, pharma, or healthcare field.
* Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience required.
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and HIPAA
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Past experience as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Medical Coder, Billing Coordinator, etc.
