Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a Global Technology and Supply Chain Services client to work with the Supply Chain Operations team to help drive system enhancements for their Warehouse Management System for larger scale usage. Primary focus of the role is to collaborate with IT development teams, stakeholders and/or end users to gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements, process enhancements and procedural enhancements. Lasting, this individual will be performing data analysis to support business-decisions, data-driven insights and troubleshooting production issues utilizing Power BI and/or SQL/SSRS/SSIS.

3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst.
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), various modules and functions within the system - SAP ERP Warehouse Management, Oracle, Manhattan, High Jump, Blue Yonder, Fish Bowl, 3PL.
Experience analyzing and evaluating the existing WMS to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Experience collaborating with IT development teams, stakeholders and/or end users to gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for systems, processes and procedures.
Experience performing data analysis to support business decision making, data-driven insights and troubleshooting production issues utilizing Power BI and/or SQL/SSRS.
- Experience with Mainframe COBOL and DB2.
