Job Description

An employer in the insurance industry is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join the team and sit fully remote. The Project Coordinator will use ServiceNow to monitor demands and ideas, ensuring that meetings have been scheduled for them. They will schedule and run requirement gathering sessions, as well as send out project updates once a week to all business stakeholders. This person will work with team members to keep them updated on project status as well as create concise, one-page scoping documents with clear acceptance criteria. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for following up with team members on their status updates.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role in the IT field

2+ years of hands-on experience with project management tools, specifically ServiceNow

Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Jira

Able to write simple, clear documents

Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working for an IT organization within the Insurance Industry

Experience with SharePoint, Kofax, or similar apps is a plus
