Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to onboard 28 Customer Service Representatives to join their team to assist with their Back-To-School season. These individuals will be responsible for providing direct customer service and technical support to users of their course products and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a "think out of the box" mentality. They will be able to communicate with a wide variety of users and diffuse high-stress situations in an empathetic tone. An individual with a background in basic math and technical support is preferred. This is a fully remote opportunity, working in PST hours. The start time is between 6 am and 11 am PST with overtime. This is a 3 contract, with the highest performers getting the chance to be extended through February. The pay rate for this role will be $17.50/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Background within a customer facing role.

Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written.

Basic computer skills

Strong relationship management skills, high level or professionalism, maturity, and enthusiasm.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or AA

Experience providing support via chat, phone, and email.

Math or chemistry background

Technical troubleshooting skills.
