Insight Global is looking for an Associate Creative Project Manager to join our client's Creative Studio Project Management team in Playa Vista (Los Angeles). Creative Project Management is the internal creative agency engine, linking all functions, and managing work flows end-to-end to deliver all campaigns and initiatives with excellence. The Associate Project Managers work closely with Project Managers, Account Management, Creative, and Production daily to ensure that projects are moving seamlessly through the system and that anticipated challenges are addressed early. This role will support the Entertainment, Toys and Seasonal areas.
- Partner with your connected Project Manager and Account Manager on project intake and ensure that resources are appropriately assigned, and jobs are opened in Workfront.
- Develop detailed project schedules with the vertical Project Manager, ensuring Account, Creative and Production are aligned and kept abreast of key milestones, timeline shifts and changes in deliverables.
- Work with the vertical Project Manager to guide projects from beginning to end and be a "go-to" person on project status.
- Ensure project milestones are updated in Workfront as projects progress through the agency.
- Attend and support status meetings and documents to ensure clarity of weekly milestones, meetings, and deliverables.
- Call out scheduling, resourcing, or other potential challenges well in advance and offer solutions to the vertical Project Manager.
- Follow up with creative and production teams to ensure they have the information and assets needed to get the job done. Ensure that the teams are working toward key timing milestones.
- Liaise with the vertical Project Manager, Account, Creative Business Management and Operations to ensure work is being routed to appropriate partners while in development (legal, trademark, Corp Comms, etc.).
Communicate effectively with the vertical Project Manager and cross-functional partners.

- 1-3 years of Project Management experience at an advertising agency or in-house creative group or relevant work experience
- Hands on experience with campaign execution and delivery of components of the campaign (email, banner, paid media)
- Knowledge of/experience with large Consumer Packaged Goods like Mattel, Lego (beneficial to have a sense of the language, understand timelines)
- Knowledge of IP (Intellectual Property) owners like Disney, Universal, Nickelodeon, etc
Experience supporting project of various sizes, preferably creative based
