The Director of Health & Wellness will lead and foster a culture of wellness throughout the organization. In this role, you play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive benefit programs and initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional well being. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a meaningful experience for our people and possesses the strategic acumen to drive change.
Job Duties:
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
- Lead the strategy and execution of all benefit programs with a focus on global expansion
- Lead the design and administration of all benefit, retirement (401k) and wellness programs and initiatives
- Oversee annual administration of benefits open enrollment, ongoing new employee benefits enrollment, annual audits, and all refinements to compensation, benefit, and retirement plans
- Prepare Board of Directors/Compensation Committee materials, including analysis of market/peer company compensation practices and proxy statement preparation in partnership with our external advisors and senior executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with existing and forthcoming legislation regarding compensation, benefits, and regulations such as FLSA, ERISA, and ACA.
- Lead retirement plan advisory committee, including preparation of quarterly and annual meeting materials
- Manage vendor partner relationships globally, including but not limited to benefits, retirement, LOA, and ergonomics

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
