An employer is looking for a Business Administrator in Sunnyvale, CA. This person will be going onsite in Sunnyvale up to 3x per week. This team is looking for someone who can work with ambiguity and are comfortable working with different types of needs. This person will be helping with onboarding, equipment orders, Campus Maps, and potentially some calendaring. They will be a point of contact for engineers and PMs that are getting started and will work across a 2000-person org alongside several other admins. There will be training to learn internal systems on how to order equipment, how to book travel, etc. this person just needs to be a quick learner and eager to get into a new team. There is definitely full time potential so they will be screening for that level of candidate. This team has over 200 people and about one third go into the office so we need someone available for onsite related issues. This person must be very responsive and very detail oriented.

1+ years of Admin Assistant or Business Admin experience in a large environment (200+ employee groups)
Experience with equipment ordering or space planning
Strong attention to detail
Excellent responsiveness
Strong Microsoft Suite experience -- specifically strong Outlook
Strong customer service
Comfortable going onsite for walk throughs or new hire desk set ups
