Day-to-day:
An outdoor advertising company is looking for a Billboard Coordinator to join their team in Los Angeles. This role requires 50% travel around the region with 2 weeks local followed by 2 weeks on the road. The Billboard Coordinator's primary responsibility is to observe and report issues with billboards. The coordinator is responsible for climbing to elevated heights to monitor the condition of billboards over time. When issues arise, they will be photographed and documented in order to create a ticket for repairs/maintenance. The ideal candidate will understand the state of various building materials, including steel, bolts, wood, and welds to determine if/when there is damage or rust. After documenting and taking measurements as needed, the coordinator will create a work order for repairs and follow up after repairs are made to report conditions.
The billboard inspector will be provided with a company vehicle and pays $27/hour. Overtime rates will apply when working more than 40 hours/week.
