As a Tenant Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction within our construction projects. You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for coordinating tenant services, managing build-outs, and maintaining strong relationships with our tenants. Responsibilities:
Tenant Coordination:
Collaborate with a team of 2 to oversee tenant services, from zoning approvals to construction completion.
Manage the build-out process for 60 tenants, ensuring timely progress from pre-design to occupancy.
Coordinate with tenants, architects, and contractors to address any issues or concerns
Construction Knowledge:
Utilize your construction expertise to assess tenant spaces and identify necessary improvements.
Prepare bids for smaller Tenant Improvement projects.
Review lease agreements and construction plans to ensure compliance.
