We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves project coordination, scheduling, administrative tasks, and supporting the overall team. The primary focus will be on organizing and executing an upcoming conference, which combines virtual and in-person elements. Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination:
o Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
o Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
o Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues.
* Scheduling and Administration:
o Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate team rituals.
o Handle administrative tasks related to project documentation, status reports, and communication.
o Maintain up-to-date records in tools such as Miro, Asana, email, and SharePoint.
* Team Collaboration:
o Assist the design lead in various aspects of project execution.
o Foster transparency and open communication within the team.
* Conference:
o Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person components.
o Collaborate with event planning teams to ensure a seamless experience.
* High-Level Project Plan:
o Work closely with the team to understand the project plan.
o Dive deep into each focus area to drive successful outcomes.
* Miscellaneous:
o Be adaptable and willing to handle a variety of tasks as needed.
